Lastly, persistent abdominal pain should never be ignored as it could indicate several different gastrointestinal issues ranging from ulcers to gallstones to pancreatitis.

It’s important not only to recognize these signs but also take proactive steps towards maintaining good gut health. This includes adopting a balanced diet rich in fiber and probiotics which promote healthy digestion and support the gut microbiota. Regular physical activity also aids in maintaining a healthy digestive system by helping food move through your system more efficiently.
